Of course, I don't think this episode had massive issues like Fluttershy turning into a total bitch over the course of two scenes either, so I think they average out to about the same.

Just saw the episode. I think I may just be in a much better mood than I've been lately, but I absolutely loved it. Had a big stupid grin on for the whole thing, even though I could pretty much guess the moral after Cerberus showed up.

That was crazy, by the way. they just drop Tartoros, an ancient prison for giant monsters, like it was no big deal? And the guardian can just wander off? How do the residents of Equestria sleep at night? (Also, I totally want to hear about her epic adventure back there.)

It was really the only moment of the whole episode that gave me pause at all. Usually there's at least two or three. He showed up and I was like, "Wait, What?" but then I just figured, "Meh" and went with it.

Well let's be fair, it was Fluttershy. She didn't so much take him out as he backed down willingly. He was about to piss a house into oblivion, after all.

In the original legends of Hades, Cerberus was actually fairly friendly - he would only attack things trying to leave hades.

What I really love was the moral, not just the explicit "Don't worry about stuff that 'might' happen, just deal with things that 'do' happen as they occur" but also how they added in with Spike an implicit, "but don't do shit now you know you'll regret later just because of that."

also once again, best part of the episode overall was the epic Spike

tha'ts too bad have you tried directly downloading the epsidoe?

It is slower but it is worth it becuase that way you don't have to make pasuses just to watch it.
