I looked up some of Tara Strong's earliest work, way back in 1987 when she was still Tara Charendoff. Some of her first roles were in Garbage Pail Kids, Care Bears, My Pet Monster, Hello Kitty, Babar and Super Mario Bros. where she was Hip and Hop, AKA Iggy and Lemmy. This is the only episode of Mario

where she got any substantial screentime though. Unless you count the time she simultanious conquered all of North AND South America.
