I think Twilight would do okay as long as she's not solely responsible for everything. Her freakout in Lesson Zero was more about disappointing Celestia rather than the difficulty of doing the report. Besides, Winter Wrap Up showed that she's really good at delegating, so if ponies have problems, the blame doesn't go entirely on her.

AJ would be good, but I think she'd try too hard to make everyone happy, and we all know how well that turns out.
