Actually, there are Slytherin protagonists. I find the claims that every person in Slytherin is a Designated Villain to be ridiculous. The reason why I put Rarity there wasn't because I thought she was a villain or a bitch or whatever but because she is very ambitious, a HUUUUGE Slytherin trait.
