@Mio: I don't think it's true either (waaay too dark for canon), but it is really interesting and fits perfectly with what we know of the cast.

While that theory makes some sense, would it really alter their personalities that much? I mean, they presumably remember all the other events Twilight wasn't there for, and there were a lot more of those.
