Chariot, normally you don't seduce people in everyday situations to get what you want. That and her blatant use of flattery aren't really commendable practices in society. In fact, they are typically attributed to gold-diggers negatively.

Ideally, Fluttershy shouldn't be learning manipulation anyway. Why does she need to learn to manipulate people to get what she wants? Especially now that she's learned to better assert herself.

I agree Rarity was a good guideline for what to do if you want to manipulate someone, but you shouldn't manipulate someone because it's morally wrong.

The 80's valley girl looking ponies are apparently "Palm Beach" and "Valley Swirl" from what Im getting.
They needed a kick in the teeth... hell all the ponies in that episode were especially jerky.
And who the hell sells just 1 cherry? Isnt it time to pack it in when thats all you got left?
Oh and someone pointed out that the one with the pink palmtree looks suspiciously like Rainbow dash wearing a wig :P

Well that sure was an interesting episode. I liked it. Not one of my favorites, but still quite satisfying. Fluttershy made the best faces, and that one camera move when she was tied up in her cottage was really surprising.
