Teeth: Part of it is his own fault for Applebuck Seasoning. He refused to accept help until it was almost too late and the majority of e-mails still go through him first, because he can't let his pride go, as he thinks he will lose "ownership" of the site if he delegates too much.
Yeller: It's an unfortunate side effect of him having power coupled with his strong biases. If it's not something that peaks his narrow vision of interest, it's a crap shoot whether he responds or not. And even if he does, he doesn't always keep his word.

Totally an Earth Pony. Alucard would be a Pegasi with batwings or a sort-of alicorn with a nub of a horn compared to his old man Dracula (Definitely a batwinged alicorn).
