Iron Will is SO successful that he turns almost everyone into Ponyville into bullies and then it backfires when he tries to get his money from them, leading to him being run out of town. Basically a Gone Horribly Right scenario. And then it's revealed that everyone was tricking him into thinking he had turned them into arrogant bullies because they were trying to teach him a lesson about there being a difference between being assertive and being arrogant.
