Actually, his percentage is creeping upwards by about 0.2% per day. He is making progress, however slow it may be.
No he's not. The percentage will increase as long as he's reading more than that percentage of our posting rate. So right now the percentage will go up as long as he reads at least half as many posts as we post, but it will go more and more slowly over time. On current trends, his percentage will asymptotically approach 55% or so.
Every day, he is farther behind than the last.
