Actually, I imagine the elements of Harmony being taken away to be used as evidence in the trial. (the princess picked up the elements without authoriztion and then gave them away)

I think the judge could be defeated with words. Like the mane cast convince him that his stickler to schedules attitude, while useful at times, still shouldn't be considered the ultimate final word on anything (Twilight should be able to at lest sympathize with him)

The Judge could be defeated with serious rules lawyering and extensive use of legal precedent (Luna: And you said my hobby of reading the legal archives for fun was not productive, Sister?)

This is one idea I had for Princess Cadence: She's the Princess of Time, and as "time is running out", she loses her grip on the passage of time.

@Bag That was something I had in mind with Chrona.

She percieves the past and the present as if they're happening simultaneously. So sometimes she forgets where in her own timeline she is, and needs to concentrate to remember forward to the present.

when she first appears she joyfully squeals and hugs Celestia, saying that she hasn't seen her in weeks. Celestia seriously tells her that it's been over a thousand years and Chrona starts thinking to herself, her expression growing darker and darker until she finally remembers that she's become a villain.

@Seraph Actually, that's the thing. Chrona can't see the future. She used to be able to, but then that power was cut off when she made a deal with Discord (unfalably knowing the future kinda spits in the face of Unpredictability and chaos)

As far as Mass Effect 3 goes, did anyone see the trailer where they talked about how different choices you make can affect the game? They hype it up like some new thing, rather than something that's been in games for over 20 years.
