Reread the tweet. He said that he personally found it to be the most disturbing thing that he's ever worked. He insists that others will adore it.

Maybe it's just something that freaks him and him alone out. Like the way that comic of Filly Twi and Smarty Pants only makes ME sad

@CDRW: Well, I'm just expanding on the ideas presented in The Pretender which was a fairly silly but entertaining adventure show with just that premise.
