My problem with Fat!Pinkie (aside from the fact that I don't like humanizations in the first place) is that as a pony, Pinkie clearly isn't fat.

She's curvy.

So, on the line of how the ponies would look different.

Pinkie would be pudgy, Fluttershy would be taller, Rainbow would be a bit smaller. What about the others?

AJ would be burlier...Twi might be small and skinny?

I don't see how What Could Have Been factors into the way things are now, but I'm not going to stop anyone from imagining the characters whatever way they want. I just felt like expressing my opinion on the subject, since I have to suffer through it on a daily basis.

What about the others?

Rarity would definitely be high-maintenance, like a big-name model.

rarity would be curvier, the pony version of an hourglass figure.

AJ would have a heavier frame and be more muscular.

Twi would be kind thinish.

@Lurker Really though, if we judged them solely by how the looked in the show, then AJ would have the same buld as Twilight. Which doesn't really make much sense

That awkward moment when you realize you're willing to tolerate a channel because it mentions ponies...

No sense? Clearly you are underestimating the work networks put into designing their schedules. There is a very crucial process they go through to figure those out. I believe it involves a dart board and whiskey.

I was wondering, if Cranky had just faked a smile for Pinkie, would she have left him alone, or would she be able to sense that it wasn't sincere? I would hope she would be able to tell the difference, because a character who just wants people to smile without trying to actually make them sincerely feel happy would REALLY annoy me. It doesn't seem like she wants people to pretend they're happy when they're not, but she also seems like the type who would easily fall for a Stepford Smiler act since she can be so Innocently Insensitive a lot of the time. But I don't think she'd want people to just have fake smiles all the time, either.

The odd thing is, one would think I would like the Smile song more since it sounds like something my dog Luna would sing if she could talk, and I like it in that context, but the way it was played out in the show did make it seem like they were bragging about how great Pinkie is (as Japanese Teeth mentioned).

I think Pinkie would like the new Pretty Cure series Smile Pre Cure and she would also like Fresh Pre Cure because of the happiness and dancing themes of the story, and she would highly identify with Love aka Cure Peach.

I still think Pinkie is fat. That wasnt really a workout she was just limbering up her face and tongue in preparation to annoy the heck out of everone :P
