Sounds like this one will be full of worldbuilding info about dragons. And a Dragon Quest reference? I already love this episode.

Spike is best dragon :D As long as they keep the Hurricane of Puns to a manageable level, I can handle DQ and ponies in the same room.

And yeah, Dusky is as adorable as Bri :3

Edit: I just remembered that there was a G1 episode where their Spike wanted to learn from other dragons, only those dragons were jerks.

The next day, word spread across Equestria that the Royal Palace was flooded with slimes that seem to have come out of nowhere. Celestia seemed unusually infuriated, but refused to comment on the matter.

In other news, a baby dragon from a small village called Ponyville appears to have gone missing. More on this after the break.

Drat, the Dragon Quest announcement came at exactly the wrong time, just as I'm about to put my headcanon dragon backstory out there in my fic...

It does sound highly intriguing though. I always like seeing more about dragons in the show.
