Marrying betten the couple and God is traditionally done between a priest. But for a state to recognize a marriage it must be made by a person qualified for that by the law.

In Mexico is the Civil register Judge. If a marriage isn't made that way the marriage doesn't exist for the state.

There are two marriages the religious and the state marriage.

@Ginger, it's the idea that people who are quiet think too much. All that internalizing has to go somewhere. But I'm pretty sure Fluttershy is not a case of 'It's always the quiet ones".

For this question the obvious answers would be Rainbow, pinkie, and Rarity all for completely different reasons.
