As a interesting aside observation, the Pony memes page is longer than the Touhou Memes page, even though technically there are argubly more Touhou memes in general (110+ girls, plus at least one meme per girl and at least 3 memes per game, plus other misc. memes). I chalk it up to the Touhou Memes being less "complete" than the pony memes page (less explanations/examples for one). Or maybe Touhou's memetic density is a couple orders of magnitude greater.

We do informal polls on favorite pony occasionally, but I don't think anyone bothers to keep score. Pretty sure Twilight usually comes out ahead though.

Just because she's not my favourite, doesn't mean that I don't like Rarity! She's awesome!

But that's a good point about her not being the bearer of Honesty. That actually might be a good quetion. Which element does each of the mane cast have the least compatability with? (Remember that friendship is magic.)

It's possible that only unicorns can bear the element of magic, but I'm not sure. If earth ponies can, Pinkie is a decent fit. You have a point about RD, but then again, she was gnerous to Fluttershy in Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000. Then again, that might just be loyalty to her oldest friend. I think that Fluttershy is probably least compatable with laughter. She's too nervous.
