Hitler's art was technically sound, the only reason it's considered kind of poor is that it is incredibly static, there's no sense of movement. And yes, I have seen some of it.

I like some shipping insofar as it's an interesting way of exploring how the different characters interact. I have written some shipping stuff, but I'm not one of the crazies who freaks out when somebody else doesn't like a ship or try to push my pet ship as being canon or something. That's just annoying.

I don't like rule 34 either, but I can accept it's existence as long as people keep it where I don't have to look at it.

Leiji Matsumoto into politics would have been horrific, that's for sure. Last week I was in Germany. Saw actual stuff from the actual Nazi era. Terrified me, it did. If I had been a kid at the time, I'm almost certain I'd have bought into all of it. Let's stop this derail, okay? It's making me uncomfortable. That stuff actually happened. It felt like I was there, for a few hours. I even saw an actual synagogue for the first time.

Actually we have fics dealing with a Vetinari-esque, manipulative Celestia, but do we have any fics where the Princesses' regimes get Nazi-esque, besides Fallout Equestria?
