As for the book length thing, remember that the parts we heard were very descriptive. It's possible that it just uses a verbose writing style.

By the way, does anyone know the significance of "Cloud Held Eternity"? Someone said it was a reference, but I have no idea to what.

Ok, I added an entry to Market-Based Title. I figured that Daring Do and the Ring of the Marengetti would need to be renamed for the Marengetti edition, since it wouldn't sound exotic to zebras who actually live there.

I don't mean to be nit-picky, but can we avoid adding tropes for claimed works? I now have to re-write the opening sequence I am currently working on for Crown if we don't. Also I thought the running gag was that Daring was introduced in each book as teaching a class which was invariable interrupted to give her the Call to Adventure?

Yeah, let's not add any more tropes to claimed works; the folks who have claimed should read up on their picked books and try their best to work in any tropes that apply to their 'excerpt', though.

Eh, I'd actually kinda prefer to leave the page open for additions as long as it isn't anything major. Defictionalizing it actually takes some of the amusement out of the page, for me at least. I kinda liked the idea of leaving the books as a Noodle Incident and letting the reader use their imagination to fit the pieces together.

Red: Agreed. I'm going to try to work on something of a fanon bible too. I realize we have the pages here already, but this should hopefully give a more concise version of the important details of characters, as well as list locations and spoilers we don't want as gag spoilers on the page as they come in. I'm thinking what I'll do for that one, though (as opposed to the book list's comment only), is allow editing for people with authorized gmail accounts.

Okay, but I think the opening of each book, having Daring teach a class and then getting dragged out in the middle of it, should stay.

.... in Indiana Jones, Jones gets hit on by seemingly every female student in his class! With the genders switched, it could delve into Unfortunate Implications.
