Consensus seems to be that group 3 won. 2 and 4 definitely lost; there was at least some some ship tease, and they weren't ship teased with other characters.

Exhausted as sin.... But I loved the new episode. I really loved it, it was fantastic, I even loved the things I hated. It's definitely in my top episodes right now, so that's like in no particular order Lesson Zero, Read it and Weep, Sisterhooves Social, Cutie Pox, Baby Cakes, and this.

I cannot even begin to describe what I loved about this new episode.

Also, loved Sweetie Belle in this episode, she started demonstrating some of her Smarty Belle traits, she's scheming through and through and I just think that's plum adorable, and she had such a cute song too, not the best song, but I liked it definitely, it's awfully catchy.

Somebody toss up an interesting fanfic request that can be covered in ~1000 words or so and I'll get started.

We should get everyone to write Daring Do fanfics so we can beef up the fanfic recs page.

Also, does anyone think one of the artifacts should have the (alleged) power to grant wishes? If so, it might be possible to get a Madoka reference onto the page.

Well, there's gotta be some reason to make them so valuable, right? Indiana jones had magic shit. And Ahuizotl seemed to think the sapphire statue would help him conquer the world...

Maybe each of the artifacts has a power? Like, say, the Gryphons goblet shall never run dry (endless water - good in a desert, and for drowning your enemies!) sort of a thing.

Part of a set! Collect all 12 to raise the great old king!

The reason nopony could decide what the sapphire statue was actually called is because of weird translations - it's sometimes translated as statue, and sometimes as statuette - it has the power to raise full-sized sapphire anubi, who serve the holder of the statuette.
