Yeah, I ship the pegasus jocks. I also Ship Braeburn with the lead engineer on the train, and Pokey Pierce with Ace. But noone else does, and I don't blame them - they have no basis beyond they fact that I find them cute. They never appear with each other in the show. This is as close to being legitimate as we're getting.

And actually Pannic, I think Daisy and Colton show up in the picture I linked. They're framed by town hall on the left side.

Also, @Bad: I can be as good a writer as you like - I can be the shakespear of gay shipping - but it doesn't matter if no one reads what I write.

Appledash is generally the norm for AJ and Rainbow.

@Ginger And I don't have a problem with any of it beyond the simple fact that I can't sympathize with it. In order to ship, you need to be able to imagine two characters in a relationship. I simply cannot extrapolate a romantic relationship from what I know of the characters. Background ships are a bit better because there is no canon to contradict when it comes to shipping, but I still can't really see any of it.

only non-completly-cannon pony pairings i like are Lyra/Bon-Bon, but even then I'm fine with them just being good friends, and Vinyl Scratch/Octavia.

Only problem with Vinyl Scratch/Octavia is how pervasive it is. I mean, just how many shipfics are there of that pairing? Me, I ship both of them with Frederic Horseshoepin.

Since all of my shipping only exists for sexual reasons I don't bother with the logistics of whether or not their relationship would actually work. Hence why I never normally imagine them as a proper couple.
