I believe in Japanese culture the idea behind Valentines Day and White day is a sort of role reversal. On Valentine's day the men do the whole giving gifts and chocolates thing and White day the women return the favor. Or was it the other way around....

But in the west, it's just whatever, lovey dovey give to all bollocks.... Stupid holiday.

According to wikipedia and various anime in Japan Valentines Day is when girls give gifts/chocolate to guys and a month later on White Day guys return the favor by giving gifts/chocolate to girls. Not sure how true that is or isn't though.

I still don't know what to think about that episode. Part of me is rather disinterested because the thought of making Fluttershy assertive is doomed to fairly. On the other hand we do have this new character and I'm kind of curious as to what he will do and what the hell kind of moral they are going to go with.
