Human!Applejack and Human!Rainbow Dash would both have athletic type bodies due to their professions and interests. Applejack would mostly likely have a strong bodybuilder's physique, the kind that you know just from looking she could break somebody if you pissed her off, but not overly ripped. Her bust size would either less than Rarity's or more than Pinkie's, depending on how much hard muscle's on her.

RD, on the otherhand, while still muscular, would be far smaller and lithe, more lean, similar to a runner. She would DEFINITELY be flat chested, either dashboard flat or small enough to at least only require bandages to be wrapped around her chest.

Human!Twilight would be the most normal, unassuming body type: Slim due to lack of eating, little muscle, and a chest that's only bigger than RD.
