^Just a comment: Sholyk looks really weird without a tail. No mane is cool, but taillessness is just too much.

Hmm... thing is, he's completely bald as a human, so I wasn't sure whether that would extend to his tail as well.

Yes, I got that he should have a Bald of Awesome but lacking the tail just puts him into Uncanny Valley for me. Could be just me, of course.

Actually, come to think of it, he does kind of look like he just came out of chemo therapy.

Meh, I'll be modifying it. Maybe if I give him a big, sweeping, Celestia-esque tail.

Alright, so aside from the one tail, is the rest exactly what you're going for? Let me know if there's any kind of accessories or whatnot that you want that the generator won't let you do. And are they all cutie markless or do you have some cutie mark designs in mind?

Regarding cutie marks, I figured that either they'd all be blank flanks (due to not being genuine ponies) or they'd have things connected to their 'Inner Strength' or Elemental Powers.

Sholryk would have something to do with fire/the sun/rage.
Lankolyk would have something to do with darkness/sadness.
Zanjuyn would have something to do with light(ning)/joy.
Flegatyk (Tyki) would have something to do with ice/magic/calmness/fear.

Greetings!

I've been coming to tvtropes now for about 6 months, but I've only just plucked up the courage to sign up and contribute.

I am, of course, a big MLP:FIM fan, and I have tvtropes to think for that, though I've yet to come out as it were (maybe one day I'll pluck up the courage to do that as well lol). I think coming here will allow me to vent some of the pent up love of ponies that's been building up inside me since February.

Anyway, glad to be here!

Ok since somebronies mention hair stuff on some OC Pony I ask that question about not only MLPFIM but MLP in general.

Did ponies have hair other than mane or tail? You know just like real horses?

They are like the others. Strange, hideous, resisting, fighting. Only these were not like the others. They did not die.

well presumably they're covered in fur, just as real horses are...is there anything beyond that? Coat, mane and tail?

well, anyways, I say presumably because I'm not sure if it was ever actually mentioned in the show itself, or talked about. Horses have very short coats, so it's not like their coats would have gotten messed up at any time...I think it's always just been taken for granted that they do.

Anyway, has anypony else here read "Simply Rarity" on Fanfiction? It's beautiful, and I definitely recommend to Rarity fans and to those that aren't very fond of her. She doesn't get enough appreciation in this fandom, OR in-universe! And it's nice to have a break from the Pinkie Dash and Apple Dash stories.

Yeah. Methinks they should fine-tune the tags. 'Shipping' and 'Sad' can be interpreted SO many different ways.

I think that's what "Additional Tags" were intended to do. I don't think it works as well as it could, though.
