Now all I can think of is the
South Park episode where Butters' parents think he's gay and keep trying to tell him he's just confused, which only makes him confused about WTF there talking about.

If you want people of varying orientation, check out the LGBT thread, or the MLP thread in Yack fest.
It's an exaggeration. Heterosexuals outnumber homosexuals, but there is still a large thriving population, if you know where to look.
AHR: I agree with the sentiment. I like to steer clear of societal norms and stereotypes and see people for what they are.
Sure heteresexus still outnumber homosexuals but were also swarmed by asexuals and bisexuals.

It's pronounced "Te-ah-low-ve"
I flip between het and asexual myself. Occasionally I'll find myself going "Ooo, that's kind of sexy, " but most of the time, Pinkie Pie shrugging is about the best way to describe it. I've found I'm more interested in comradery than the typical "completely-devoted-to-one-person" romantic type of path I see others taking.
Asexual has nothing to do with hormones, but a complete lack of arousal even with direct contact. Just saying, people are more likely to be demisexual or just have extremely low arousal in general, than actually be asexual. Of course, you could still be asexual.
