I must really hate this country because I have no problem with insults directed at the USA. I'm too mentally divorced from this place to care.

I don't think you'd need to change ANY of the rules, really O_O

You need to throw out the damn golden snitch.

It ruins an otherwise consistent game. It is only there so that Harry could singlehandedly win games.

Imagine a game of football going on. Players are making passes, tricking each other, scoring goals, etc, but simultaneously on the very same field two players, not interacting with anyone else, are playing ping-pong, and whoever wins at it scores their team 15 goals and ends the game.

This is not a team game. There are two separate games, one way more important than the other.

I agree, the snitch always bugged me SO much.

It wouldn't be so bad if not for the fact that catching it is the ONLY way to end the game fairly.

How would the beaters hold their Bats? In their mouths?

But generally, one team isn't THAT much better than another team. In rugby, one team isn't normally 15 Tris behind the other team
