So I was rewatching "Party Of One" earlier and I only just noticed, Pinkie Pie has a cuddly bear in her bedroom. I wanna squish her all the more now.
I cut up one dozen new men and you will die somewhat, again and again.
Twilight seems to be very good with self-directed study. I'd imagine the teaching relationship wasn't usually very hands-on considering this and how busy Celestia normally is. I think at some point they'd come to an arrangement where there Celestia would assign classes and reading she'd know would be important and check on her progress every so often rather than spending a lot of time with personal instruction.
Ruining everything forever.
I'd say Cantering is like the endurance run, whereas galloping is all out sprinting. Unless the horse is built for it, the gallop is hard to maintain for longer than a mile or two.
Jogging is like skipping.
The really interesting gate is the "pace" which is not a gait most horses know naturally.

Well, I remember when I took horseback riding lessons, from slowest to fastest, it was - walk, trot, canter, gallop.

yup exactly—can you skip faster than you can run?

^^ Knowing what "Sylvania" means in English. Wouldn't that mean "Trotting Forest"?
You mean Latin?
And couldn't it mean something like "forest walk"? As in, a path?
Ruining everything forever.
"Trotting Forest" actually sounds like a really cool name for a place.
Yes We Did.
Dallas Mavericks — 2011 NBA Champions
You ever hear of Pennsylvania?
Yes, and as I understand it, the meaning is closer to "Penn's woods" than "Penning woods" or "Woods that are Penn", so I'm not sure Trotsylvnia would create a meaning like "Woods that trot". But maybe by "trotting forest" you meant "forest for the purpose of trotting"?
Of course, would the already mentioned Fillydelphia translate to "brotherly fillies"? That would be disturbing.
Ruining everything forever.
Sylvania means forest? So does anyone know what Transylvania translates too?

Well ain't there one damn song that can make me break down and cry?
I'm surprised the
Ren and Stimpy reference in Party of One didn't make Toon Zone try to destroy the entire internet.
I think John K. is funny. I share personal information with people I trust. I have severe mental and emotional problems. Deal with it.
Hmm. I never thought about what complications might arise when younger boys started watching this. Its not as though intelligent 'girly' shows have been commonly occurring phenomena up to this point. I fear a great deal of shunning will be the result.
When I was in first grade, I had nothing but Barbie valentines to pass out on Valentine's day. I got a lot of strange looks.
Ugh, an overprotective parent. Lady, watch the show! It's so adorable it'll give you diabetes!
Tick Tock, goes the clock/ He cradled and he rocked her/ Tick Tock, goes the clock/Till River kills the Doctor.
One thing that worries me is the Wonderbolts: WHERE DOES THE SMOKE COME FROM?
"You're my favourite Princess ever!"
MAGIC!
Any argument to the contrary is now invalid.
I don't see a tone of disapproval from her.
