Besides a bit of the flash sentry romance plot, nothing much. Just some funny scenes cut and the songs at the beginning and credits.

Yeah, pretty much. The computer scene got cut even though FOOTAGE FROM IT IS USED IN THE SLANDER-VIDEO.

Derpy still cameos in the lunchroom scene. It's just the credits (and her second cameo) that are gone there.

Also the scenes of Twilight exploring the school were cut, and the Trixie scene was cut even though it serves the purpose of making Twilight realize that things she thinks she knows aren't as they seem.

And the scene with the girls arriving at the dance was cut as well, and with it the reconciliation between Twilight and Flash.

Well Derpy's cameo was during the HTSWTC song, so it's not something you'd just cut for time. You'd have to deliberately edit her out.
