@Kegisak: Yeah, I doubt that dissection would be a worry. At worst they might strap you down to take X-rays or maybe some CAT scans or something. Maybe take a blood test.
I would probably be paranoid about altering the story of the show (or looking like an Marty Stu) and avoid the Mane 6 and any involvement with the characters as I desperately try to find my way home. All while trying to keep the real world and the fact that people could see them from another universe a secret.
I would probably be more worried about trying to determine the nature of the new world and how to get back if possible.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
@Orion: Well, I mean, you wouldn't is the thing. We have technology that allows us to see inside of you without cutting you open, as JT said. Moreover, you're a sapient species. Something mindless, like, say, a manticore, might be in danger of dissection or experimentation, but your knowledge is far more valuable to us. any tests you're likely to undergo fall under the purview of 'would you please run on this treadmill until you get tired while we monitor your heartbeat?" and "you would please fly for a while in this wind tunnel so we can figure out how you manage to get lift with those tiny wings?"
Now I can't help but think that some kind of collision of worlds would be awesome. We have tools and scanners and stuff, they have magic.
And you know what Agatha Heterodyne says about sufficiently analyzed magic.
You begin to suspect that your bowl is a portal to the Meat Dimension.
Ahy any of you want those Funco Vinyl figures? Get them now, Hot Topic has a one day 30% off and 1$ shipping deal going.
That... still doesn't make me feel better. I get that they wouldn't harm me, but experiment me? I would still feel... what would be a good word... violated seems a tad to strong.
Yeah, Andromeda is heading for you. You got over 9000 years until it collides.

That's my dream. It's my nightmare. Crawling, slithering, along the edge of a straight razor … and surviving.
@Orion Trust me mate, NO ONE likes to be experimented on, that's like trying to make Bruce Banner mad and then turn into The Hulk and letting him lay waste to a city. No one wants that happening to them and I can assure you if those scientists mess with you then I'll give 'em what for! Cuz nobody messes with my friends, especially you.

"Transform and Roll out!" Optimus Prime
Going to watch Alien tonight. Would anyone recommend the cut or uncut version? I've heard the director's cut has bad pacing and unnecessary scenes.
Roses are red, violets are blue.
I'm sorry to say, you've been eaten by a Grue.
No vinyl is what they are made out of. Right now they have a few, I just ordered the Pinkie and Lyra ones.

That's a pretty vacuous statement as noone with magic or superpowers as ever showed up in real life.

@Dark Ya watching Alien? Awesome dude.
@Storyyeller Well I guess but still I should look out for my friends. Even if they are from another world.

You sure they would ask? I mean, I would, presumably, be the only one of my kind on your world.
Yeah, Andromeda is heading for you. You got over 9000 years until it collides.
Ive been staking out my TRU for the new Fan Favorites set and the Shadowbolt Rainbow dash. Haven't seen either yet.
Afterwords I'll read the novelization to catch the scenes I won't comprehend. Shame I can't see the aliens, I've heard they still hold up today as really creepy.

Then I have to pay shipping. The TRU is on the way to work so its not a problem.
Not sure about Alien, but if you're watching Aliens, I'd go Director's.
In the real world we have stuff like ethics.

I heard that the Director's Cut of Alien is actually a few minutes shorter than the original release.
