I have to admit, if nothing else the episode did surprise me with not being at all what I expected. Inevitable torrent of memes is going to be annoying though.

I think this episode had more Zecora than the entire rest of the series combined. Glad to see her showing up semi-regularly. It seems like she's actually way better at magic that Twilight is. Twi may be more powerful but Zecora seems to have a potion for everything.

Spike deserves to be proud, little guy works so hard for so little credit.

I also loved that Zecora got so much more screentime this episode.

And I'm still confused about the "No two cutie marks" think because uh.... *coughdavenportcough*

@Mousa: I think it was more she already had a Cutie Mark and then got another one. Other ponies have 2-part cutie marks, but presumably got both parts at once. Like Davenport got the quill and the sofa at the same time so it counts as one cutie mark. Apple Bloom's were quite obviously separate.

Also, is it just me, or have there been like a zillion Strawberry Shortcake commercials?
