I just watched an episode of Aquabats out of curiosity. It seems like it's trying to be so stupid that it's funny, but it ends up just being so stupid that it's bad.

i think Aquabats is going for Stylistic Suck. it's supposed to be a parody of stuff like the 60s Batman show or Power Rangers.

I actually showed this to my mom and dad, and they thought is was suppose to be a tribute to some things. My dad thought it was based off Batman, while my mum oddly enough thought it looked liked H.R.Puffinstuff!

@Syd: Thanks! It's the first time I've tried drawing anthro ponies, so I was a little worried. The lines are still a little shakey, but I'm really glad to be working with color again; it's the thing I've missed most while being limited to pencil and paper. :)

Now if only CDRW would pop in again. It was his request, after all.
