Is it just me, or has the humor in Friendship is Witchcraft become more mean-spirited these past couple of episodes? I've found both "Foaly Matripony" and "Seed No Evil" to be more disturbing than entertaining.

I've expressed some discomfort over the Snow Drop parody in the comments. Though given the spoof aesop, I'm pretty sure they're aware of it and using it to skewer the original. Still discomforting to hear though.

So what is the Thread Fanfic about? I should probably actually read it since it's being written by the thread as a whole.

As Dark pointed out, the central theme is Octavia/Celestia. Beyond that, it's an Exquisite Corpse fic (meaning, no one is allowed to see the whole story before they write a section, only the section immediately before theirs), so we're expecting it to constantly go off the rails. That also means that we can't publicly post any of it until the whole thing is finished.

If you really want to read it, though, I could link you to the secret google doc collecting everything written so far.

And, since today is apparently National Jump To Conclusions Day...
