Scottish, primarily, heh. I'm kind of a mutant though, the tallest person in my family by a good 6 inches.
Excepting my uncle from Bosnia, and he claims that average height for a man there is 6'4". His wife, who's 5-even went there with him, and she says she never saw a mirror because they were all put above her eye level.

Well, there's a good body of evidence that humans are slowly getting taller. Which is why a lot of archways in parts of Europe look so small. For instance, Blackbeard was 6 1 and was considered quite a tall man.

To me? Yes.
I just can't see her as fat. Sure, she eats, no, drinks, no, inhales a lot of sugar, but she practically hops everywhere and such. I think she has far too much metabolism, if that makes sense.

According to Wikipedia, of the countries with recorder average heights the tallest are in the nordics, generally averaging at 6 feet. There's a lot of unmarked countries, but most are in the developing world - central africa, south america, etc.
It has to do with diet and improving healthcare. I'm nearly positive my absurd height is due to the absurd amount of protein and calcium I ingested growing up, for example. And Napoleon was about average for his time, at about 5'5".
