@ Apple: The only place where he looks "stretchy" (to me) is his face. The elongated head thing again. Otherwise, much improved. I like the cutie mark too.

Greetings, everyone.

I still prefer my word spoink. I think it's more expressive.

edit: I love Spike as a character, but I just can't learn to love his spotlight episodes no matter how many times I rewatch. They just seem to have one too many flaws or somewhat unfortunate implications to enjoy.

That being said, I do actually like OWTEW and SOME as I think they're the least flawed.

The only nice thing I can say about Spike at your Service is that Spike defeating the giga wolf by accidentally choking it to death was funny.

1. Derpi's comment sections are no worse than comments on any other comparably sized site. The only way to not have that sort of BS crop up is to have a bunch of mods sort through the comments, and nobody has the time or desire to bother with that.

2. My hierarchy of Spike episodes is JFS>SOME=OWTEW>SAYS>DQ.

As far as Spike episodes go, my favorite would be JRTQ, followed by TSC. All the rest are kind of meh. (Well, except for PSSP. That one was just terrible.)

I've said it before, but I still prefer the original G1 episode for Spike. Yes the animation isn't as good, and the voices weren't amazing, but the ending is much, much better than Dragon Quest.
