@ JT: The pic above Joseco's is by Ric M. I also thought it might be Glanco.
The uploader put corresponding links to all the pics in the Uploader Description.
It'd be easier to get one at the store.
Though personally, I don't see the point of a six pack. How often do you have to lift heavy stuff? Take up something more practical like speed walking or biking.

I do all that too. I'm pretty active all together.
I just want to be in the best shape I can, and get back to were I used to be.

There's also the aesthetic element, shallow as that seems.
Besides, being in shape, whether or not you make frequent use of it, is still good for your health.

That's true.
I meant to say, I want my six pac back. I used to have one...now I just have a flat, slightly pudgy stomach. It's a great confidence booster to have washboard abs. Shallow I know...but, it's true.

Plus it'll get you some mares. I used to have one and it's still there, I just need to burn the bit of fat inbetween and work out some more. I still buck myself in the teeth for not sticking with weight lifting. It's an excellent confidence-booster, feels awesome after a good hour and a half of work, and is great for dealing with stress.

I suffer from an endomorphic body type, as far as abs are concerned. While I'm not in as good a shape as I was when I took Judo, I'm still in pretty good shape... but I have a layer of fat over everything, and the most I can do is reduce that layer. Of course to contrast it means that I'm likely to be actually physically stronger overall, which is still kind of nice.

Dark nailed it on the head.
Exercise is a great stress relief, confidence booster...and yes, in my prime, on a warm summers day in the park, I did get lots of female attention. Which is funny because I'm actually quite bashful.
@Applelight: Lucky. I've never been able to enjoy exercise for it's own sake. I can certainly see the benefits and there are a lot of fun activities that involve getting exercise, but I've never been like "You know what I want to do today? Run five miles." The best part of it for me is always how happy I am when I'm finished.

Yay, Apple! *highfive* Don't feel ashamed about wanting to look better. As you said, looking nice is a good self-confidence booster, not to mention just plain healthy. I should be doing more exercise too, now that the weather is acting consistent. Everything is blooming too, which is nice.
Oh, I finally finished that crazy drawing I was working on. The background could use some more detail, but I feel pretty accomplished. It's rare that I feel sorta proud of a drawing, so I hope you guys don't mind me sharing.

Don't forget.
Always, somewhere,
someone is fighting for you.
As long as you remember her,
you are not alone.

@Gwen: That's pretty cool.
I should probably exercise more too. I usually try to walk at least a mile a day, sometimes with 2-pound barbells, but I should probably do more. Maybe start doing situps or something to get rid of the spare tire.

Yeah. That's really good. I don't know the refference, but I can still see that it was well made.
EDIT: I once checked how much I could lift and then looked up what that would indicate about my D&D strength score.
It came out at 3 (aka, human minimum).
Being fitter sounds good to me, but I don't want to body build or anything.
Honestly, I've got ... preconceptions about putting in effort to look attractive. Rarity has been helping me deal with them, but there's a reason I don't lik her as much as most ponies. My instincts are averse to that sort of thing.

I found little inclination to exercise... I was only 120 lbs, and well... I tend to run enough as is. -shrugs, readying a comb-
