Speaking of converting, I vividly remember my fifth grade teacher forcing us to (try to) learn metric because most other countries used it, and the U.S. would be converting to metric soon. My ten-year-old self was semi-panicked and completely lost.
It's been a while since then. We're still buying gallons of gas, pounds of sugar and foot-long subs.

Bah, I hate computers. Tried downloading a rare super hard to find archive and the file inside is a .hds file, whatever that means. Been spending the last hour trying to open/extract/convert the thing to get me what's inside, but no luck.

It's supposed to contain .mdx files which are music files for the x-68000. Like I said, rare and hard to find otherwise so I'm going to have to hope I've got the real deal.
If it runs on Mac though, I'm kind of screwed as I use Windows.

Wish I could help, but I've never even heard of .hds files.
