They'll probably adopt a lot of fannon from the initial fandom and translate accordingly. Still, there's no way they'll be aware of everything we've come up with, but basic stuff like DJ Pon3, Derpy, and Lyra and Bon Bon's OTP status should be commonly known.

Then will come translating of the better fanfics into Japanese and trying to decode the Memes.
