@What: Rarity is very in vogue this season.

So, typical PC game release?
Typical? I don't remember the last time I played a game with DRM other than Steam. You're just not playing the right games.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
Quite frankly I think the wings are the least of your problems, considering you took the word of what are effectively perfect strangers over that of your own boyfriend, which both demonstrates a severe lack of trust and a willful disregard for his opinions. Not to mention the fact that in doing so you also demonstrated that you were willing to be physically abusive and vindictive. He might forgive you, but if he gets back together with you he is, quite frankly, a bigger idiot than you.
I take it you don't even consider anything by EA, Ubisoft, and Activision?
Well I did play some EA games back in the day. Back when we had silly things like CD keys.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
Man, I'm old enough to remember those. Wow. If you lost the key, you were screwed.
@Ed: There's such a thing as keygens :V You do need to delve dangerously deep into the undernet to get those though.
I am familiar with those. And that's all I'll say on that.
Aw man, I always miss LD! -snaps hooves-
...How did I do that.
Insert something witty that makes me better than all of you, here.
I simply avoid such DRM-ridden games :P Vote with your wallet and don't inflate their piracy numbers :V Indie games for life!
That's what I do nowadays. The last major publisher game I bought was Bioshock.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
*pffft* Whippersnappers. I played Activision's original Pitfall on the Atari Video Computer System. It didn't get renamed the Atari 2600 until several years after I bought it. I still have that old Pitfall cartridge.
