I recall I once wrote a fast-talking newfie, and my method was basically to lean heavily on slang, Funetik Aksent and write it all as a single, long word... except for the pause and "Eh?" at the end of every sentence. So something like,

"Aybuy, innitgran'weatheroottoodayan'ow'serdaybuy, eh?"

It was actually really foggy down there... you couldn't see very far. It was a bit cold and dreary too, still went and played DDR at the arcade and tried my luck at skill crane. No plushies this year though... those machines get more and more rigged each year!
