When I think about it, I'd probably picture Luna as being a darker skinned individual if it weren't for the fact that it would kind of be out of place with her being Celestia's sister. Pony of the Night and all.

hmmm, yeah could totally see Celestia looking like Galadriel, maybe a bit less austere but overall very close.

Trixie would be in stereotypical stage magician garb when she's putting on a show, probly something equally impressive and over-the-top normaly.

Ditzy/Derpy I'm picturing as a wearing horribly clashing clothes, mis-matched socks and possibly shoes.

The Cakes, Mr. Cake would be tall and skinny with a lantern-jaw Bruce Campbell would be jealous of, Mrs. Cake short and dumby.

Luna's the one I have the hardest time picturing humanized.

I'd always imagined Luna as being that sort of obscenely pale that seems to glow when they stand in the sun. if anyone would be a bit darker, it would probably be Celestia... but then, I suppose the sun might just be as radiant, as well.

I've been that pale before. It's weird.

As for Trixie's actual outfit... As egotistical as she is, she's still pragmatic. She struck me as more a storyteller with special effects that a proper 'look what I can do' magician. That in mind, she probably wouldn't want an outfit that would distract the audience from the real show. I can imagine something a bit flash, but not show girl flashy. Probably something as simple as a thematic robe, to get the 'powerful' look, or something like a tuxedo, or whatever the dress equivalent would be.

It ain't in colour but I imagine Trixie wearing something like that. (she's the one on the left)

but yes, she'd look really untidy and mismatched.

And like most Pegasi in my mind...she's small framed.

I'm with Apple, perfect image for AJ and AB, but Big Mac is way to skinny and bishie, he needs to be much, much more muscular and a heavier face, more thick and lined, like a young Clint Eastwood pretty much.
