Sequal to an AMAZING fic started today, and Cracked put up a brony=pedophiliac sexual deviant article. but it's cracked, so who cares?

Don't know about the first and don't care about the second.

On the bright side, the Cracked comments are mostly being mature about it. Makes a nice change.

I mostly just skim Cracked articles. There's occasionally a gem, but most of them are a waste of time.

If there's one name they'll probably need to change in the Japanese dub, it would be Cheerilee. Her name would sound... awkward in katakana.

Re: the cracked article; it isn't even written by a columnist. The "quick fixes" (such as this one) are user submitted. But either way, no point in rustling jimmies over it.

As a distraction, I'm gonna share something I typed up in the spoiler thread (minus the spoilers) because it amuses me.

Maybe I just like to think that things like Cadance and the Crystal Empire are all ideas from the show writers...that the toyline folks just sort of misinterpret from time to time.

I could totally see that happening.

Oh neat, one of the cracked tings is the food porn story that broke Billy's mind. And another is Fallout Equestria. And the third is Rainbow Factory.

So that's two things I don't care for, one thing I find amusingly absurd and another I'm overall ambivalent too. I'm pretty okay with this article.

I don't think anyone takes that story seriously anymore, save a couple of gore authors on fimfiction I guess.

It's still very disturbing! And appalling to those outside the base that've heard of it.

Still a better fit than Fallout: Equestria

Applejack just accomplished a lofty, impossible goal all by herself! She, like in some of her other episodes, had over-high expectations (the best reunion ever, for everybody) that clashed with reality (not everybody likes exerting themselves to near-breaking point), and she bit off more than she could chew; but just this once, she did the impossible and attained unequivocal success.

Also, did Apple Bloom just do the legendary Wilhelm Scream?

This is the best episode ever!

@Terl: I think cupcakes got disqualified because it was basically a trollfic; they wanted to pick stuff that was done unironically. But yeah, it's been pointed out multiple times in the comments that the things they picked (FE excepted) are things that most fans don't care for either.

Cupcakes wasn't a trollfic. Granted the author wasn't serious and was just messing around, but it wasn't made to troll, just as a joke.

Sweet Apple Massacre was a troll fic made by some teenager that get PWNED in COD by someone with a CMC tag. So wanted "revenge"

Besides, the kind of stuff they picked is probably true of any large fandom.

...their inner unicorn magic gets converted into a useful form, with the horn being linked to the brain so as to send the proper signals so the horn can properly convert it? I dunno, I ain't a unicorn.
