Doesn't Applejack have more than one barn? The one being destroyed in "Lesson Zero" was just some old one that was being demolished to make way for a new one, presumably the one being raised in "Too Many Pinkie Pies".

...It just dawned on me that Applejack lives in some weird house/barn hybrid. I thought her house just looked like a barn, but no its both a house and a barn.

There should be a trope about Farmers living in Barns.
