@Lurker: True. I guess what I'm saying is that I'm not convinced that all of those spells that Twilight said were impossible really are in light of what she has been shown to be capable of doing (exceptional circumstances they may have been).

I'm not entirely sure about the whole "spell resistance" theory either, but I guess I can accept that ponies maybe harder to "change" then animals.
