Just be happy you like them at all. I feel like I'm missing out on half the art in the fandom because they really creep me out.
Myself, I have no problems with the humanizations themselves, although I am not really interested in the blatantly fanservicey ones — as it see it, they just turn interesting characters into Generic Drawing of Half-Naked Girl On The Internet #18, 446, 744, 073, 709, 551, 615. But apart from that, I find it interesting to see how other people imagine the MLP characters would look if they were human.

Number 744 was a hot one. 
I like the fanservice-y ones, but only if they're well drawn (Nothing worse than really badly drawn fanservice) and actually reflect some of the personality of the characters.
But yeah, the thought experiment factor of humanizations really appeals to me, although obviously I only stick to a few nowadays.

To be honest I'm not expecting much rage, at least not until after the episode finishes, though the anti-depressants were probably a good call.
