I think no one right in his mind would freak out over this. It's still a low blow, however.
From what I've heard, his humour on this show tends towards lowbrow anyway, so it was probably an easy joke to make.

It's Tosh.0. You'd be an idiot
not to expect a cheap shot from him.

You can't yell at a mutt to stop barking.
No heroes, no villains, only people.
I don't see the appeal of super-hi-def ponies, to be honest. (Well, except for avataring and vectorizing purposes, maybe.) I mean, it's not like the animation details are that intricate, is it?
I gaze off into the boundless skyline.
Noteblock choirs playing in the sunshine.

That guy is just crazy about the Simpsons References.

I see nothing wrong with Fancy Pants (who is best stallion) visiting Rarity. And unlike some think, it would not be to cheat on Fleur. Fancy Pants is too much of a gentlestallion for that. All people who are truly wise know that Fancy pants is the ideal to which we must all aspire We...
Do we even know that Fancy Pants and Fleur are together? For all we know, they could simply be friends or relatives, I think.
And yeah, I like Fancy Pants too, obviously

But they seem to
know where they are going, the ones who walk away from Omelas.
Clearly, Mr. Pants was there to see Rarity about the dress he ordered for Fleur.
Hmmm... Maybe something like you have to manage a town (friendship levels in the town are an important resource) until you have enough resources to complete a quest based on an episode of the show. In many cases, that would involve recruiting characters from the show (who are effectively hero units). Completing a quest takes you to the next level where you might be in a different town. Sort of like a real tme strategy with less conquering and milliatary in campaign mode.

If you could make any video game involving ponies, regardless of you actual ability to make it, what would you make? Would it be an adventure game Legend of Zelda style? A Metroidvania ? A shooter? A dating sim?
A weather manipulation simulator. As the pegasus responsible for the weather management of a region (different "levels" correspond to different regions), you receive requests (often, incompatible ones) from ponies, and you have to try to accommodate them by manipulating whatever weather you are given by the Weather Factory (or by the Everfree Forest, if you happen to be nearby). You can hire other ponies to help you out, or just go out yourself and start bucking clouds.
With complex, chaotic, semi-realistic weather physics, and lots and lots of
Scenery Porn.

Yeah, I guess it can't always be busy in here, but whatever. Bully Episode this week.
