Does this mean that Fluttershy is Pickle Inspector?

I don't think the stare would be very useful on a swarm that big. With the chickens, there were only three(?) of them and they were right next to her.

The stare might have worked on the Parasprites, but I don't think Fluttershy could bring herself to do it (Cuteness Proximity seems to be Fluttershy's greatest weakness), and even if she could, I don't think she could make eye contact with the whole swarm at once.

Let's put this in perspective. They'd finally gotten rid of Parasprite Swarm #1, and oh look, Fluttershy decided to keep one, starting the whole debacle over again, despite knowing full well what these things are capable of. Clearly, expecting her to take charge of the Parasprites rather than the other way around is a bit too much to ask for.

So Flutershy is basically that RPG character who is great for boss fights since she has a ton of powerful single target abilities, but sucks at dungeon crawling because she can't handle groups.

Maybe, but I personally still think the Cuteness Proximity was the bigger issue with the Parasprites.

Some new info from Faust's DA page. All the ponies have parents and some will be showing up soon.

And the reason we didn't see Sweetie with Rarity in earlier episodes is because Rarity is old enough to live on her own. Sweetie stays with their parents.

So I'm guessing the main six are... what, in their 20s in pony years?

I'm rather curious about Twilight Sparkle's parents, considering how her relationship with Princess Celestia seeming rather...maternal.

Perhaps the parents themselves would appear in a later season or so? I meant for the rest of the characters. I know Apple Jack has her family, so perhaps the rest of the characters will leave out bits of hints of them maybe? Kinda like Ed Edd N Eddy

Well, that seems like what they did with rarity - just mentioning offhand that Sweetie Belle was her sister - so it wouldn't surprise me if they just introduced them in bits instead of a big thing dedicated to it.
