@ Story it can't by law. You can't air commercials pertaining to a kids show during or immediately before or after said kids show. But I do think it's airing during the show right before it, and a few other times.

@ Story FCC regulations prohibit it for kids programing, it's also per FCC regs that you have the ad breaks, those 3-4 second "we'll be right back, You're now watching, etc... things" to make clear to kids where the show ends and the ads start.
