Seems kind of silly when we are not dealing anywhere near realistic horses, especially in light of Granny Smith's vague age.

As far as pony ages go, I tend to just say they're all in the 20-25 age bracket and leave it at that. I think Fluttershy is probably one of the older ones, if not the oldest, but I have no idea.

But yeah I kinda fall into the line of thought that Pinkie's the youngest, Applejack & Rarity are the oldest, and and the other three fall somewhere in the middle.

I have a question: are the changelings an Hive Mind or not?
I say no. For one, the random grunts seemed a bit too intelligent to be hiveminded. They had normal reactions to various shenanigans.
Also, if Cadence's description of them holds true, the normal feeding method for a Changeling is for them to individually infiltrate some ongoing relationship. That sort of single-person spying job really isn't something that a hive-minded drone would really be able to mentally follow through on. Takes too much individual thought.
