Yeah, Nightmare Night was pretty awesome. Got plenty of visitors as usual, and Luna and Zecora put on a heck of a show. Probably traumatized a couple of foals, but the special effects were amazing.

Besides the fact I can never get behind the idea of Diamond Tiara and Snails getting together, this is hilarious

Oh, and before I forget, Colin had a good Nightmare Night too. He dressed up as Link, full gear and everything, and went to a costume contest. Apparently there was about 2 dozen people there, also dressed up. Colin also won second place of the contest. Third was Belma and first was a zombie bride and groom. Yes 2 people won first. I don't know how that is considered fair, but at least Colin is happy with his bag of candy.

Well, if they had gotten first and second, he would have gotten third instead of second, so he actually did okay.

@JT: If he did, he would have won a free smoothie from his campus instead.

@Lyra: -Face hoof- I can't believe I missed you throughout Nightmare Night. Did you dress up and what about Bon Bon?

I wonder what Twi and the others wore this year.

@Ace: Let's see if I can remember... Well, Twi was dressed up as Amber Wand. Unlike her last costume, I actually know this one. Amber Wand is a character from an old foals tale where the character in question is an earth pony trying to perform real magic.

Pinkie said she was a forest pixie. She dyed her coat light blue and her main white and wore some fake wings. I don't know why, but she was constantly saying things like "Hay! Look! Watch out!"

AJ was a bull. Dyed her coat all black and wore fake bull horns.

I don't know what the other 3 were as (doubt Flutters was there anyway).

@Orion: You would not believe how long it took to put this together.

I'm guessing Dash went as Daring Do this year.

@Lyra and Seraphem: I love the timing of your two posts. I'm guessing you two (Lyra and Rainbow) crossed each other? Also, great costume. Puts my costume to shame.

I should make a costume next year.

@Seraphem: Dash actually went as a changeling this year.

Also, Pinkie showed up about four times in different costumes, trying to get extra candy.

@Lyra: Weird, I only remember Pinkies forest pixie costume. Also, thank Luna I did not cross into Rainbow this night. I might have bucked her out of fear.

Fun for the WHOLE family.

I think the kids bugged their parents to join in the costume fun.

Did Rarity finish her own costume this time?

So, Ask The Crusaders is also doing a Nightmare Night post. Sweetie Belle has a few issues over the fact that her crush is dressed as a Creeper.

I didn't see Rarity either, although she usually avoids our house so she isn't tempted by the chocolate.
