You know, at this point I don't think learning the release date of Season 3 will up to the hype that they've been building with all their mysteriousness. It's not a mystery. Playing coy doesn't do anything if you don't surprise us when the reveal is finally revealed. When they announce it tomorrow, I'll probably just shrug and say, "awesome, can't wait."

So, in the distant time of Next Tuesday Morning, the War Economy starts up. So Twilight fights her way through the Canterlot Battle Zone, finds time travel spells, and decides to warn her past self to do everything to prevent the war.

But now, Timesplitters are raining down on Equestria, killing a fuckload of pony soldiers.

That's right, I just crossed over Metal Gear Solid 4, Timesplitters and My Little Pony.

I am going to like this episode.

I don't know those, unfortunately.

Also, I predict Old Twilight will have to crawl through a microwave tunnel, in a heartrending scene where her suit's nanomachines starts blowing up, her Solid Eye stops working, and she starts burning to death.

She didn't even have to sneak around. The castle is still under her faction's control!

All Twilight has to do now is just complete the time loop. Then Sgt. Cortez will inevitably destroy the Time Crystals, and then the time loop will be erased, along with Old Twilight.
