As I said, Sonic Rainboom wasn't "they hate me" so much as it was "step 1 try, step 2 choke under pressure, step 3 mess it up, step 4 they start hating me".
I thought it was more 'I'll look like an idiot and ruin my chances with the Wonderbolts' and not so much 'People will hate me'.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
You know what would be cool? If they suggested that Nightmare Moon still lives deep down inside Luna.

I really want to see Horseshoe Bay. It feels like it'd be a great setting. By the looks of the map it'd be a major trade hub between at least the Griffons and the Dragons so it could show a ton of species and different ships.

If I do, I will probably get something small on the back of my neck.
I seriously doubt I'll ever get a tattoo, and if I did it probably wouldn't be pony related. Even if I did get a pony tattoo I'd want it to be subtle enough that it would still look cool to someone who'd never seen the show.
It might be kind of awesome to get one of those bad guy dragon tattoos that go all over your back.
