I think the parasprites are more like a locust swarm than anything else.

And yeah, keeping the population in check is kinda important, especially if the ponies need to compete with other animals for food.

Also, while Tara is awesome, she's not really my type either.

Eh, expressing a crush isn't all that creepy. If it were creepy gushing, yeah, It would be really weird. There's a world of difference between "I find this person attractive" and "OMG SO HOTT!"

Syd: That's the standard vector distance IIRC. Which I agree looks a bit odd. Which is why I tend to draw mine a little more spaced out.

And I like Tara for being very playful and approachable, but I wouldn't say she's my type either.

Funny thing related to that, though, is at the Brony Con dinner, she asked us if we had any questions and I said "Just one big one" as a lead in to one of the ones I had prepared (due to circumstances, the list I went in with didn't really get used, for those who wondering what happened to it). She responded with "I'm already married." >.>

Not necessarily; there are lot of shots in the show where the ponies' legs are together like that. Still looks a bit odd, but it's not Off Model. See this.

Every generation they mess it up and make it eat something differrent. For a while, the parasprites ate only lightbulbs, leading to the famous Equestrian Dark Age.

well, I just finished reading the most ambitious crossover I've yet seen, Humans, Ponies, and Chaos.

Discord gets creative and kidnaps Heavy, Private Clayton Carmine, and The Dovahkiin, and brings them to equestria to spread chaos and destruction. But they don't want to spread chaos and destruction, they just want to go home. Now they must help protect equestria from further cross franchise threats that Discord digs up!

It was surprisingly good, if a bit dark.

That sounds like to much of a clusterfuck to me.

Even as someone who generally likes crossovers, throwing in more then two franchises requires a lot of planning and good writing. That just sounds like it would get annoying real fast.

So I was on Sparknotes, looking at the Frankenstein page, when I saw this in the sidebar.

Personally, I'd pick Pinkie to be the winner.

I'd pick Bane. He'd make short work of the untrained Pinkie.

It really depends on whether they're cartoons or not. Cartoon Pinkie is nigh-invulnerable, and Cartoon Bane's drug hoses are held together with duct tape and paperclips considering how easily they get torn apart or ripped out.

1. Wow did they pick a terrible picture.

2. Yeah, if Pinkie retains her cartoon physics she's Nigh Invincible in that context.

That's what I thought too at first, but I think the author managed to pull it off. The "further cross franchise threats" are all from the same verses as the original 3 characters, so it sticks to being just a 4 way crossover. Which is still really stretching it.

What the ruddy duck is that? That is not Pinkie in any way, shape, or generation.

I would have had Spitfire in there, but I was too lazy to look up the pictures. That and virus pop-ups rarely have to do with your browsing habits anyway.
